Service Terms:

- Unlimited Revisions & or Redesigns: Are as stated. Unlimited revisions grants you the time needed, without pressure of further expense, to get the look and feel that you are looking for.

- All unused samples are property of DesignSamples and may be used for any purpose that DesignSamples sees fit. Layouts / Color Schemes and or Graphic Styles can and will be used for future clients if they seem to fit. They will not be exact duplicates nor "Cookie Cutter" but the original samples done for you can and will be used for inspiration and or motivation. If you desire a truly one of a kind or specific rights to work performed, please say so up front as it will affect pricing.

- Pricing & Quotes: We stand by our pricing. If we state a price to you then that is the price. We will never alter a price if the project hasn't been altered throughout the process. Request project changes, additional tasks and or redirection from the original project may inflate costs. You will be told immediately if a price needs to change as a result of the aforementioned. We understand that the scope of certain projects change, just keep us informed and we will always find a way to meet your needs and budget without sacrificing quality.

Lifetime Support Terms:

THIS IS ONLY RELEVANT TO CUSTOM PROGRAMMING! - - For any and all custom programming, DesignSamples provides lifetime support at no cost to you for the life of the DOMAIN NAME that the script or application was installed on. This is providing that DesignSamples is the only source of editing, modifying, changing and or altering the work performed. If anyone other than DesignSamples edits, changes, modifies or alters the script or application in any way, shape or form then you, the client is responsible for any fees and or billable hours needed to repair, restore or edit the original work performed. We keep backups of all installations and edits. This enables us to confirm changes or edits to our work. Please consult with us prior to any changes, edits or alterations prior to performing any work on scripts or applications.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of service. When your project is finished and you are satisfied, payment is due. DesignSamples will not require or request any money upfront for most projects. For some large custom projects we may require a deposit or interval payments depending on the scope of the project.

We currently accept Money Orders, Corporate / Certified Checks, Cash via The GreenDot Network and Most Major Credit Cards via Paypal and GoogleCheckout.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy as well as our own. Any information gathered by us from you is used for the sole purpose of providing our services to our clients. Your information will never be sold, given to, or shared with anyone for any reason without your prior written consent. However, in the event of collection procedings or if a court of law presents a signed, notarized legal document then we must follow the law and provide that information with such officials.

This website does not collect data without your knowledge. This website only uses cookies during your sessions in the project management area for the purpose of authentication while you are managing your project(s).
